Kervin Arriaga has addressed the media in a press conference after the training session held at the Sports City. The midfielder spoke about how he is experiencing his time as a Levante player, his first goal with Levante UD, and his call-up to the Honduras National Team, among other topics.

The player expressed being “very happy and very glad to be here.” Despite this, Arriaga explained his mixed feelings because he feels “happy for what I am achieving personally and sad for what we are doing at the group level. I think that the team has worked very well for the results we are getting.”

The midfielder acknowledged that, from the first day, he has felt very loved by the Levante fans, and that was one of the reasons why last Sunday he celebrated his first goal by pointing to the badge. “Because of the affection the fans give me and the confidence the team has in me. What I had in mind since my arrival in Valencia was to represent Levante UD in the best way possible. I think that has been fundamental for me. Scoring a goal in one of the best leagues is something beautiful. I thought about it and did not hesitate to point to the badge I am representing and defending,” he stated.

Regarding the intensity with which he experiences the matches, the Honduran player admitted that he likes to give it his all: “I like to work, and when I am on the field, I enjoy it. I don’t like to hold anything back, I think it shows on the field, and it is important for the benefit of the team.”
