Levante UD launches the option to gift the experiences of the Ciutat de València.

Fans can now gift exclusive match day experiences and official stadium tours through the club's website, quickly and easily, and even schedule the delivery. Levante fans can now gift true granota passion this Christmas and always. 

Levante UD has enabled on its website the possibility of gifting the experiences lived at the Estadi Ciutat de València on match days, as well as official stadium tours. The initiative allows gifting experiences linked to the club and the match day environment, focused on the experience rather than purchasing tickets for specific matches.

Among the available options is the VIP Experience in the new exclusive stadium lounge, a space with views of the players' tunnel that allows fans to see the players' preparation up close before they step onto the pitch. This experience includes premium access and catering service before the match and during halftime. Fans can also gift the "From the Pitch" experience, which allows them to witness the team's warm-up from the sidelines, just a few meters away from the players. Additionally, there is a specially designed experience for the youngest fans, aimed at members aged between 4 and 12 years old, which includes watching the warm-up from the sidelines and being part of the official photo with the starting eleven.

Simple purchase process with scheduling and messaging options

The purchase process is simple and is carried out entirely through the official Levante UD website. Within the Experiences section, the interested person can choose the desired option, select the gift mode, and complete the recipient's details, with the possibility of adding a personalized dedication, scheduling the delivery, and allowing the recipient to choose the date that suits them best. 

Once the purchase is made, the gift recipient receives an email with a personalized message and a unique code that can be redeemed by selecting an available date. When the code has been used and the tickets downloaded, the person who made the gift receives a notification confirming that the experience has been successfully managed.

These experiences are not tied to specific matches, as ticket prices are not known in advance, and they are exclusively acquired as experiences of the Ciutat de València and its associated services.
