Aldiyar Nurgali, one of the new faces after being promoted to the Levante reserve team from the Juvenil, reviewed the current state of the group and his personal feelings ahead of this week's two friendlies.

Atlético Levante UD faces a new week of preseason with two new tests before tackling the final stretch of preparation. The first of these commitments will take place this Wednesday, when the reserve team hosts CD Jávea at 8:15 PM. Three days later, on Saturday, the team will visit Torrent CF, a match that will be played at San Gregorio Stadium at 7:30 PM.

With both matches in sight, Aldiyar Nurgali has highlighted the work the group has been doing since the start of the preseason. "We have a very good team, with many new players. We are training a lot to prepare for the season," said the winger. He also made it clear that the team is very focused on the last friendlies because they need to "finish the preseason very well to start the season with enthusiasm and win the league," he added ambitiously. 

Additionally, on a personal level, he expressed satisfaction with his feelings after making the definitive leap to the reserve team this summer. The daily work, both on the field and in the gym, is allowing him to adapt to the pace of the category and continue growing: "I feel very good. I think that every day, little by little, I am improving."

Beyond the field

Team bonding and time spent together beyond the pitch also have their place during the preseason. The squad will enjoy a kayaking day on Thursday with the aim of strengthening group cohesion. "It’s a good opportunity for the team to stay united because that is also very important," said Aldiyar, who concluded by expressing his gratitude for the initiative.
