The Levante UD squad has learned firsthand about the regulatory updates that will be applied this season in LALIGA. The session, organized through the Technical Committee of Referees of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, took place at the Sports City just days before the start of the competition.

Referee Iván Caparrós was responsible for informing the players about the main modifications and refereeing criteria that will come into effect this weekend, coinciding with the start of the league competition.

During the talk, various aspects of the regulations were addressed, such as measures related to time-wasting, medical attention protocols, the intervention of VAR in certain situations, such as second yellow cards or cases of mistaken identity, and the application of the advantage rule, among others.
