Levante UD opens the ticket sales process for the match corresponding to Matchday 2 of LALIGA EA SPORTS, which will see our team face CA Osasuna on August 24 at El Sadar at 7:30 PM. The price for each ticket in the away section is €30.

Sales periods and conditions

• Exclusive phase for season ticket holders: Sales begin today exclusively for season ticket holders and will remain active until Monday, August 17 at 11:59 PM.
• Open sales phase (general public): If the quota is not sold out during the first phase, the remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, August 18, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 
• Purchase conditions: A maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased per transaction. To validate the purchase during the exclusive phase, ticket holders must be season ticket holders of Levante UD, and all tickets will be nominative.

How to purchase and collect tickets? 

For this season, the access and ticket management system has been updated. Three steps to complete your purchase:

1. Activate your Identity account

If you have not yet migrated your account to the new Identity platform, access the Season Ticket Holder Portal by entering your season ticket ID and ID card number, and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your user account.

2. Check and link associated season tickets

Once inside your Identity account:

1. Go to My Account and select Season Ticket Holder Portal.
2. Verify that the season tickets you wish to use are correctly assigned.
3. Are you buying tickets for family or friends who do not have their own account? Click on the "+ Add Season Ticket" option and enter their season ticket ID and ID card number. If that season ticket is not linked to another account, it will automatically be added to yours so you can manage their tickets.

3. Purchase process

1. From Identity, go to My Account and access the Ticketing Platform. (Note: Matches with exclusive sales for season ticket holders will only be visible if you are properly logged in).
2. Select the match and choose up to a maximum of two tickets.
3. Click "Buy Now," complete the required nominative details for the attendees, and associate the corresponding season ticket to validate the purchase.
4. Once the process is completed and paid for, the digital tickets will be sent directly to the email provided in the form.

Stadium access and regulations

In accordance with the applicable regulations (including, among others, the Season Ticket and Ticket Sales Regulations), the Club is committed to not selling, delivering, or providing paid tickets and/or invitations to any problematic groups or individuals with a history of violence or ultras, nor to persons associated with such groups.

The ticket is personal and non-transferable. 

Access to the stadium will not be allowed with symbols of any ultra group or emblems, slogans, or messages that are political, racist, xenophobic, incite violence, or denigrate individuals or entities. 

Access to the stadium with objects specifically prohibited by the Sports Law will not be allowed.
