Levante UD presents its new ticket management and sales policy for matches held at the Ciutat de València. This update aims to reward and offer exclusive benefits to supporters and season ticket holders, as well as promote maximum attendance in the stands through a renewed seat release system. 

Today, members of the Supporter Card will receive an informational email detailing all the benefits and advantages available to them for this season.

New ticket sales updates: benefits for fans and early purchase

Early purchase takes center stage under the following conditions:

• Exclusive sale for Supporter Card holders: Supporter Card holders will enjoy a 24-hour exclusive sales window before tickets are made available to the general public. In fact, starting Monday, they can already purchase their tickets in advance for the home match against Real Betis.
• General sale: For the general public, the club will put tickets for this match on sale starting Tuesday.
• Discount for Season Ticket Holders: All Levante UD season ticket holders will receive a direct 10% discount on the purchase of additional tickets based on the base price.
• Dynamic pricing system: Ticket prices will experience a price increase over the base price during the last days leading up to each match, thus encouraging early planning and purchase.

Seat release: benefit the team and get discounts on your season ticket

For Levante UD, it is essential to ensure a lively Ciutat de València in every match. Therefore, the club emphasizes to all its season ticket holders the importance of releasing their seats when they cannot attend the stadium, reminding them of the rules and the direct financial benefits this entails:

Condition for valid release: For the release to be correctly accounted for, the season ticket holder must release their seat from the moment ticket sales for the match are activated and up to 4 hours before its start.

Direct financial reward for renewal: If the released seat is eventually sold to a third party, the season ticket holder will receive a percentage of the ticket price depending on how far in advance they made their seat available to the club:

• More than 10 days in advance: The season ticket holder will receive 35% of the ticket sale price.
• Between 10 days and 4 hours before the match: The season ticket holder will receive 30% of the ticket sale price.

Digital Wallet: All the amount accumulated from the sale of released seats will be automatically stored in the season ticket holder's digital wallet. This balance will be directly deducted from the renewal price of the season ticket for the next season, allowing for up to a maximum 50% discount on the total cost of the new card.

Benefits for the 2026-2027 Supporter Card

After the acquisition period for the Supporter Card closed, the club has detailed the complete package of benefits included in this option for the entire season. Supporters will maintain their seniority as season ticket holders and will have priority access to ticket pre-sales 24 hours in advance with a 10% discount (up to a maximum of two tickets per purchase).

Additionally, they will have free access to the Ciutat de València Tour, a 10% discount on exclusive experiences such as pitchside warm-ups or the Tunnel Room, priority delivery of the official newsletter, and for the first thousand cards issued, one completely free ticket to choose from several selected matches, which will be announced soon.

With the home debut set for next Saturday, August 29, at 5:00 PM, the exclusive pre-sale for Supporters is already active starting today through the TICKETS section of the official website, by logging in with user credentials.
