The player trained in the Granota Academy debuted with the first team in 2023.
Levante UD and Atlético de Madrid have agreed on the transfer of Edgar Alcañiz.
The midfielder, trained in the Granota Academy and captain in several of its categories, fulfilled the dream of making his debut with Levante's first team on May 27, 2023 in the match against Real Oviedo. In the following season, he participated in two LALIGA HYPERMOTION matches and, during the 2025/2026 campaign, he played on loan at FC Cartagena, where he appeared in 31 official matches.
The player from Sueca has also been an international with the Spanish National Team in the Under-18 category.
