Levante UD Femenino continues making progress during the preseason with their sights already set on the start of the league. But first, this Saturday, the team will face their fourth friendly match against Alhama CF, which will also be their first opponent in the league competition.

The positive feelings from the daily work are one of the main reasons for confidence in a locker room that is increasingly clear about where it wants to go. Gema Soliveres has confessed that, despite the typical toughness of the preseason, "these have been very positive weeks." Additionally, the midfielder has stated that now is the time to "improve and analyze" in order to continue growing in the future.

This growth is also influenced by the level of demand among the players themselves. The Jávea footballer has acknowledged that the higher the level of the group, the more likely the team will benefit: "The more competition there is, the better we will be and the more we will grow." A dynamic that, from the first weeks, is allowing Levante UD to also progress with the help of the new additions, because "it is positive that everyone comes to contribute both individually and collectively."

Villa de Alhama Trophy on the horizon

This Saturday's friendly against Alhama CF, which will also be their first opponent in the league competition, presents another opportunity to assess that evolution. The priority is for the team to feel comfortable on the pitch, for "the coach's ideas to come through," and for the things worked on daily to continue appearing on the field. And all of this will be against an opponent that Gema Soliveres has noted will not make things easy, but will be "an important preseason test."
