As from today you can request 30% compensation on last year’s season ticket

Levante UD announces that, as from 10th September, the 5,780 season ticket holders who paid for a season ticket for the 19/20 season and who were unable to enjoy the final matches of LaLiga due to the health emergency resulting from COVID-19, because the championship was played behind closed doors, will be eligible for compensation of 30% corresponding to the last 6 home matches which they were unable to attend.
The club proposes three different types of compensation which season ticket holders should select online, as a precaution for health protection.

As from 10th September, on the website, there will be three options to choose from:

OPTION 1 – Refund of 30% of the price of the season ticket in cash or by bank cheque. If you choose to accept this option, a calendar will appear and you should select a time and date for an appointment at the club offices. Please note that we cannot deal with anyone who does not have an appointment, so as to avoid queues and congestion and to ensure maintaining the recommended safety distance.
OPTION 2 – you may choose to donate 30% of the price of the season ticket to the Levante UD Cent Anys Foundation to cooperate with the activities and social projects organised by the Social Department to support our commitment to inclusive sport. (Find out more about the Foundation on the following website: Those who choose this option will receive a donation certificate eligible for tax reduction during tax year 2020.
OPTION 3- you may choose to convert 30% of the price of the season ticket to a voucher which can be used in the Tenda Granota stores or towards a future season ticket.

These three possible types of compensation for 30% will be valid from 10th September until 10th November. Any season ticket holder who does not make their choice during this time will automatically have OPTION 3 applied. For any further information or response to questions, season ticket holders can contact Levante UD by telephone on 963379530. Due to the current health situation, the club appeals to you not to turn up at the offices without a prior appointment.

Season tickets 19-20

Despite the fact that the 2019/2020 season finished in July, Levante UD has decided to extend and maintain the benefits for season ticket holders from the 2019/2020 season until the club announce the new details concerning the 2020/2021 season, which are conditioned by the current situation of COVID-19.

The benefits which are maintained for season ticket holders are:

  • Keep a specific seat in an area of the stadium for when the 20/21 season ticket campaign begins.
  • Preference for acquiring tickets at a special price.
  • 10% discount in Official Stores and with the Fan Club (Plus 5% - Premium 7% - Vip 10%).
  • Exchange for points in the APP for official products.
  • Raffle/Exclusive experiences for season ticket holders.
  • Exclusive discounts with collaboration partners. Additionally, season ticket holders from last season who fulfilled the conditions of the promotion announced for the 19/20 season, will still have a discount for the new campaign.
  • The official announcement from Levante UD in June was:

“Within the 19-20 campaign for season ticket holders, Levante UD announced that those adult season ticket holders and shareholders (holders of at least one share) who attended 19 home games (child season ticket holders 15 games) would obtain a 60% discount on the price of the 20-21 season ticket. Therefore, as it will not be possible to meet that milestone, the club has reduced the number of match attendances, so now adult season ticket holders who have attended the 13 matches held at the 'Ciutat de València' stadium will qualify for the discount promotion when buying their season tickets for next season.
Similarly, child season ticket holders who have attended 9 games instead of the 15 previously stipulated will also qualify for the same discount promotion for the 20-21 season tickets.”

We sincerely hope that within the next few months, despite the situation surrounding COVID-19, we will be able to announce measures that will allow our players to feel the presential support from Levante UD season ticket holders.
