Levante UD and Alberto Calatrava have reached an agreement for the renewal of the footballer from Quart de Poblet. After completing a season in which he once again demonstrated his importance within the Levante reserve team, the midfielder will remain linked to the Granota club until 2028. 

Alberto Calatrava, who joined Levante UD's youth academy as a pre-benjamin, continues to grow at home. His career has been marked by constant progression and his ability to take on responsibilities in key moments. After being a key player in the Juvenil A team that won the league championship in the 2023/24 season, Calatrava made the leap to the Granota reserve team. 

This season, his contribution to Atlético Levante has been fundamental in finishing the campaign in third place. As the reserve team's first captain, Calatrava played 36 matches, 35 of which were as a starter, and added four goals to his tally.

“From the first day I was named first captain, I wanted to give back both on and off the field, helping them with whatever they needed,” says Calatrava. “It would be a great dream to make my debut here at the Ciutat. But I know that all of this has to be earned on the field with a lot of effort, sacrifice, and hard work,” concludes the young midfielder.
