Paco Cortés extends his association with Levante UD
The Andalusian player commits to the club until 2028.
Paco Cortés will continue to be a Granota, at least, for two more seasons after reaching an agreement with the club to extend their relationship.
The story between Levante UD and Paco Cortés began to take shape very early. The player from Granada caught the club's attention from his first steps in the youth category. While still very young, he made the difficult decision to move to a new city, far from his family environment, in pursuit of a dream. Both he and his family were clear about it and decided to continue developing his talent under Levante's discipline.
The progression of the Andalusian winger has been constant and remarkable. After his time with Levante UD's youth teams, he made the leap to the junior category while still a cadet. Later, as a first-year junior, he was part of the Juvenil A team that on April 14, 2024, was crowned league champion for the second time in the club's history. Paco Cortés still had something very special to experience that same season, as on June 2, 2024, at the Estadio El Alcoraz in Huesca, he experienced one of the most special moments of his career by debuting with the first team at just 16 years old.
His performances have not gone unnoticed by national team selectors, and he has had the opportunity to wear the jersey of the Spanish National Team, both in the U-17 and U-18 categories.
Currently, Paco Cortés is undergoing preseason training under the guidance of Julián Calero with the first team, solidifying his growth within the club.
Congratulations, Paco! We continue growing together.
